wrote this one while watching a sunset on the boat.
watching the sun go down and water stand still. my mind races off and my body chills. thinking about my journey through life. wondering about my future in sight. treasuring every moment of breath. life is a quest. the present is what exists. this is a gift. the boat glides through the lake and songs play. while friends and family together, sway. happiness flowing through everybody. this is glory. smiling at the beauty of nature i see. ruminating my inner peace. this i will never forget. this was sunset.
